.Mov File Downloaded from Stream is Audio Only

I am doing a manual migration. I experienced a Mov File Downloaded from Stream is black screen with audio only after download from Stream Classic. This is the only version of the video we have at the moment. Any way to preserve the file as it is on Stream Classic? We have downloaded other .mov files and do not experience this issue.

I was able to find a workaround in recovering the video. I imported the downloaded .mov with just the audio to Clipchamp and it played both audio and video after importing. Then I exported as .mp4 and uploaded to SharePoint successfully. Support had not found a solution before I discovered this workaround.
