Issue when uploading video, the sound cuts off

Hi, 

I uploaded a video, the audio quality is good. The moment I upload it to Stream it becomes choppy. I uploaded many times and even used a second laptop. Can you please help me understand what I need to do to have a good audio when I upload the video?

Stream (Classic) is eventually going to be retired. We are likely to announce a date with 1 years notice later this year or early next. Https://aka.ms/streamroadmap 

Can you try to upload your video to SharePoint or OneDrive and see if it h a s the same problem?

If it doesn't work in SharePoint or you can't use that solution, work with your admin to open a support ticket. It sounds like there is something funky with your video itself.

I use stream on sharepoint and the same thing happens. Saved to my OneDrive but can’t work out why the audio is choppy and doesn’t keep up with the video.

any ideas?
