Will users still be able to publish videos in draft or restore videos in the recycle bin after 15 September? Or, at the very least, can they still download those videos when read only is in place?
Also, does Classic become Read Only at midnight on 14 September (so, from the start of the day on 15 September) or midnight on 15 September, and midnight where (i.e. what time zone)?
