We are committed to helping organizations everywhere stay connected and productive during this difficult time. From virus outbreaks like COVID-19 to unexpected weather emergencies, our focus goes to the importance of establishing open the lines of communication and information flow. In this episode, Chris and I highlight three solutions - across Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Power Apps - that help everyone stay briefed on the situation and any business impacts. Through crisis management and good planning, technology can help business continuity in the move to more and more remote working.

Thank you, guys! Question I hope you can answer- we have a request to set up an internal podcast for staff from our leadership. Is there anything we can do in SharePoint to set up something similar to what you do here for this podcast? I only know how to post audio files into an SP library, but nothing as fancy as what you have on this site. My leadership wanted audio, not video, so a Stream web part is not going to help. We would love to create something similar to what you have here, with the embedded audio player. Not sure if others would benefit, which is why I'm posting here. Thank you for all you do, @Mark Kashman and @Chris McNulty!

Hi @Katrin Weixel. We use a 3rd party service, Libsyn, to host and publish The Intrazone - which then gives us options for sharing and embedding as you see above. And you are right about Stream - only supports video; one option being that you create a unique and consistent title card with podcast name, title of episode and guest  names... you can then have this be the only thing that shows as "video" and the audio would play throughout for as long as your podcast is each time - mainly create an .mp4 and import into Stream and use the Stream web part. You could also consider using a Quick Links web part, and "add a link" for each episode that points to the URL to the .mp3 file you store in a common location for your podcast; assuming you've set up a working Team/team site. You could then use a communication site for a landing page for your podcast - with graphics, more about the show and hosts, related info... and then a "growing over time" Quick Links web part prominently displayed; if helpful - a how to guide for the Quick Links web part - includes new design options. Hth, Mark
