Workbooks deployed via Content Hub Solution

When a solution includes a workbook, should the workbook get enabled/saved so that it shows up in My Workooks or is doing this a separate step that must be done manually after the solution is deployed?

AFAIK, the workbooks should show up as templates for you to use. Is that not happening?
