Unknown alert

We got an alert from sentinel (Suspicious granting of permissions to an account-MICROSOFT.AUTHORIZATION/ROLEASSIGNMENTS/WRITE), the source IP is Microsoft IP. Could you please share the information about this alerts

Have you made any changes to your environment recently? Added new resources? A lot of times rights will be added to accounts behind the scenes.
