Unauthorized - despite having Security Administrator + Contributor

Hi,

I have the Azure-AD role 'Security Administrator' and I am assigned as Contributor on the relevant subscription.

Still I am met by the following, when trying to enable data connectors, or view analytics template rules.

When I try to enable a data connector or deploy an analytics rule via templates, this is the error recieved:

I have tried to delete the resource group with the log analytics workspace and sentinel, just to redeploy and get the same errors.

Any ideas of what is causing this restriction?

Same behaviour for a user with Global Administrator and Owner role.

Solution:
Re-registering all of the resource providers for the subscription, and then deleting the resource group and re-deploying.

This hasn't happend before, causing a lot of confusion.
