Sentinel and ITSM Options

Hello All,

 

We have recently implemented a Sentinel solution within our tenant and are now looking to introduce a cost effective ITSM tool.  Servicenow seems to be the go-to product however the price point is out of budget so was looking into alternatives. The requirements are very high level:

 

- automating creation of ticket

- ability to enrich ticket data

- help with change and incident management tool

 

At this point I just wanted to gauge pro's/cons of different products others may have used, any information is greatly appreciated.

all of the requirements fit well for service now maybe you can try Jira it is bit cheaper and works well
