Missing tables in sentinel logs

Hello,

There are no logs records in these two table in Logs section in sentinel.

DeviceTvmSoftwareInventory

DeviceTvmSoftwareVulnerabilities

How to enable it or get the logs from security center to sentinel in these two tables

The "Microsoft 365 Defender (preview)" Data connector - shows that as "coming soon".
