Is there a way to create an alert in Sentinel for a specific SharePoint site

Hi all

Is there a way to connect SharePoint with Sentinel in a way that Sentinel sends notifications when someone accesses a file but on a specific SharePoint site?

I saw that thread, but I would like to create an alert without conditional policies, since we don't have any conditional policy that regulates access permissions.
