I'm a Content Publishing Manager in the Management and Services Division - Information eXperience (MSD iX) at Microsoft in Redmond, Washington. My writing teams and I are responsible for generating customer-ready documentation for System Center Configuration Manager, Microsoft Application Virtualization based in Cambridge, MA, and Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (Med-V) based in Herzeliya, Israel. I also support Chris Rees and his System Center SDK writing team.

I recently partnered with writers on my team ( Carol Bailey , Doug Eby, Jeff Gilbert , Rob Stack, and Cathy Moya) to author and publish the System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Administrator's Companion which won a Merit Award from the Society for Technical Communication (STC) - Puget Sound. I also authored the Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 Administrator's Companion (which also won a Merit Award) and the Systems Management Server 2.0 Administrator's Companion all published by Microsoft Press. Did I say I've been involved with Systems Management Server, aka Configuration Manager for a loooong time?

In fact, prior to joining Microsoft in 2003, I enjoyed success as a professional trainer, writer, and consultant specializing in SMS, and contributed often as a speaker at the annual Microsoft Management Summits.

My team and I are passionate about our vision statement: Partnering with the right people, to produce the right content at the right time. This vision is all about our customers having the best quality experience with our products - a passion we share with our product teams! We strive for innovation in delivering information in the best format, and regularly check in with our customers for their feedback. I'm proud to be a "PC" at Microsoft, and to lead, work, and "partner" with such great teams!
