secure score - remove actions that I am not licensed for

Copper Contributor

Microsoft should only list the options that the user is licensed for that should be corrected.  Don't give me options that I can't fix.

Hi Jason42,

You have a good point and there is a uservoice currently open for this here

https://office365.uservoice.com/forums/289138-office-365-security-compliance/suggestions/35925805-se...

Would recommend you vote on this and draw others to vote to get Microsoft’s attention on it.

Microsoft do state that your score is made up from the services that you purchased as opposed to all the possible controls.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/securitycompliance/office-365-secure-score

However, you can also ignore specific controls from you score if your organisation does not use them or intend to use them. In the article above you will see a screenshot of the ignore button in the control. All you need to do is jump into Secure Score and ignore the controls you don’t want or use.

I know this is different to not seeing them at all however I hope I have provided a small measure of help to get a more accurate score for your organisation. In the long term hopefully Microsoft comes to realise the secure score controls only reflect what services you actually have.

Hope I have answered your question. If I have please like and set as the solution. If not, please let me know anything else you need. Thanks for raising this on the community.

Best, Chris
