I have been using Secure Score for more than 3-4 months. I am finding tasks / controls not scoring. I have submitted feedback based on guidance from MS Professionals in this community. So far these have not helped with changes. My business challenges is I have used the Secure Score for tracking the state of security in our MS-365/Active Directory environment. When there is no scoring completed tasks, the integrity of the score / process is questioned by our executives and Board of Directors.
Questions:
1: How can I get support on this?
2: Has anyone found an efficient alternative for controls not updating?
3: Are there other non-Microsoft options?
