Score Analyzer tab in Secure Score

Copper Contributor

Does anyone know where the tab has disappeared too?  I'm using the Excel Microsoft 365 Remediation Checklist tool which points to this location and to download the Action List and Control List in csv format but unfortunately I can't see the Score Analyzer tab when navigating to securescore.microsoft.com.  It was working about a month ago.

I've included a picture of what I see now and what was there previously.  There was a hyperlink under the Office 365 score that took you to the corresponding tab to download the csv files.

Hi Tahir,

I am facing the same issue. The current page has no option to set the target score.

@Paragtank Not sure what has happened but not made it any easier! Looks like they are streamlining various screens but it doesn't help the managed partners that want to run their scoring toolkits.

Hi @Tahir135,

Did you get any feedback from the MS Team? With the missing export we can't use the Excel analyzing and report tool for our customer. Maybe there are any updates for the tool kit, too?

Bye!

Klaus

Hi @Klaus Müller ,

I've still not heard anything as yet, hoping they would provide an update soon as needed this working for a client!

Kind Regards,

Tahir

@Tahir135I think this is licensing feature. Target Score and other neat stuff requres EMS E3/E5. For non EMS customers you can only get bare minimum.

I was using https://security.microsoft.com few times and it was great. However recently it started redirecting to https://protection.office.com I think this is becose it transitioned from Beta to GA.
Is this E3 / E5 licensing requirement as per https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/microsoft-security-and-c...
“To get the new Microsoft 365 security center and Microsoft 365 compliance center, your organization must have a subscription to Microsoft 365 E3 or E5, or a Volume Licensing equivalent (which consists of Office 365 E3 or E5, Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 or E5, and Windows 10 Enterprise E3/E5).”
How can I get used friendly Office 365 Security Portal for non EMS E3/E5 customer?

The bare bone security score is not user friendly as former Office 365 Security Score.

@Sergg thanks for the information, it may have something to do with that.  I have he O365 E3 only which could be why it stopped working for me.  It does seem quite odd however, I'm sure I did check another account which did meet the requirements but could not find the dashboard, this could've been related to a separate issue.
