Last week, Microsoft hosted the annual MVP Summit in Seattle and Redmond.  The term MVP stands for Most Valuable Professionals. The Microsoft MVP Program is a worldwide award and recognition program that strives to recognize amazing individuals in technical communities around the world – these are individuals who are thought leaders and community leaders in different technologies. In fact, many of you have probably heard of many of our RDS MVPS through their individual blogs or their responses on RDS newsgroups and web forums .

The Remote Desktop Services feature area has 26 MVPs from about 10 countries . This year the RDS team was very happy to have many of the MVPs  join us on the Microsoft campus in Redmond for some deep discussions on the current state and future directions of Remote Desktop Services.

We want to thank the RDS MVPs who were able to attend the Summit this year, as well as the rest of our RDS MVPs for their commitment to the RDS community and toward helping Microsoft build a better product:  Douglas A. Brown, Shawn Bass, Rich Crusco, Alexander Danilychev, Laurent  Falguière, Steve Greenberg, Gustavo  Gurmandi, Bisheng  Hu, Dong Jo  Kim, Thomas  Koetzing, Brian Madden, Vera  Noest, Seung Heun Noh, Ron  Oglesby, Andre Oliveira, Eric  Perromat, Gus  Pinto, Jeff  Pitsch, Claudio  Rodrigues, Michel  Roth, Patrick C. Rouse, Greg Shields, Joe Shonk, Bernhard Tritsch, Wilco Van Bragt, and Alex Yushchenko.

Here are some of the videos and blog posts from our MVPs covering their experience at the 2009 MVP Summit
