Is AIP Track and Revoke included in O365 E5?

We have a lot of customers using basic services in their O365 E5.

When we help them start using AIP as a part of their E5 subscription, they are not allowed to use the Track and Revoke feature in Azure RMS.

Do they need additional license for that feature, or is there something that we simply need to activate?

No it's not included, it's requires either AIP P1 or P2, or EMS.
