Apologies for the newbie question, but can anyone point me in the direction of some documentation that confirms that when you enable AIP (even if just for categorisation of emails) this prevents you being able to recall the email within Outlook. I've a support call where a user is stating the issue relates to a third party email signature, but i'm sure i recall somewhere that AIP blocks this functionality.
I will be getting into why on earth anyone is still trying to use message recall but the only information i've been able to find is within Outlook help for message recall under notes which says "You cannot recall a message that's protected by Azure Information Protection."
Can someone point me in the direction of some more detailed explanation around this?

@edlcsre Outlook blocks recalling an email message that's encrypted by Azure Information Protection because support for this scenario hasn't been implemented. It comes up occasionally from customers, and you'll find a UserVoice request for it, here: https://msip.uservoice.com/forums/600097-azure-information-protection/suggestions/33542269-support-r...
It sounds like you've found the right place where this is the confirmed behavior: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Recall-or-replace-an-email-message-that-you-sent-35027F88-D...
