Hello,

we're an IT partner for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics CRM / Navision. Because of the GDPR rules we need to review the access of all our consultants in the environments of our customers.
We have a solution for Microsoft 365, but for Dynamics CRM/NAV, this looks more complicated. Our consulants need admin logon for CRM/NAV, and sometimes also for Office 365. In CRM/NAV we can use 1 free account to give our consultants access to the user's environment. But our customers needs to know, which consultant has accessed their environment. If the check their logging, they are seeing only 1 account. But in reality, multiple consultants had access to their environment.
What is the best way to solve this? Are there any best practices?
