For ages, long before OneNote, I used to make notes in Outlook. As you can imagine since Exchange Online was called BPOS, my mailbox gets big and I had to turn on In-Place Archive. It was OK until today, where I had to search for an important note, made a few years ago.
I was pretty sure that I had the note so I gave the Search in Office 365 a chance. I opened portal.offie.com and searched directly from there for the keyword which was in the note. Unfortunately, I couldn't find what I was looking for.
Then I open the Office App on my iPhone. Did the same without success.
I used Outlook App on the phone - no results.
I went to the Outlook web interface and search there selecting all mailboxes. Also didn't find what I was searching for.
Finally, I found what I was looking for when I selected the search "Archive" in the Outlook web.
It seems there is a lot of efforts put to extend the functionality, but forgetting about old archived mailbox contents.
Where is the User voice where I can vote for this functionality or if it is not there yet, create such a requirement?
