@roniy Anyone with the link is for anonyms, this link will allow any person including anonyms to access the document. If this is on purpose it is okay. But not recommended if you wanted to share the document only within your organization. You can use "People in <org name> with the link".
When you create anyone with the link then the access is opened to all. By default the document will be visible if anybody access your delve profile.
