Delve Functionality - Listing of People

Does anyone know how Delve comes up with the list of People on the left side of the screen?

I am seeing people that left my organization months ago

We need more details and a screen capture of the what you are seeing on the left side.  Please don't post any confidential information and you can message me directly if necessary. 

It's possible that the information you are seeing is from your previous/recent searches or the person entry still exists in Azure Active Directory.

Thanks, it turns out, that the listing of people was showing results from previous searches. I was under the impression that it was showing me people that i was working with.

Technically, it's the list of profile pages that you've looked at (most recent one at the top).
