How to force every encrypted email to one-time code portal

Hi,

we have set up Microsoft Purview in order to encrypt emails using Labels.

Unfortunately it seems that all the emails show up as encrypted attachments rather than redirecting to the one time code portal.

Encryption is activated on the tenant and everything seems good.

Is there a way to force every email to the portal?

Dear Mike,

thanks for your reply. Unfortunately the problem lied in the tenant: as it was opened long time ago it missed some options and configurations that come already dialed in in newer tenants.

Anyway it does work now.
