Hi guys,
I have a new challenge by one of my customers. I hope someone is knowing this issue.
We have created a new label with custom permissions ("prompt user to specify permissions") for the office tools and for emails.
Now, if we want to use this label (the label was published longer then 24h ago) in word, excel, powerpoint, we receive the error message
"This command is not available.
The service required to use this feature is disabled. Check your privacy settings to enable the feature, or contact your organization's administrator."
This issue exists with the UL Client and with the build in client on all windows devices. On MacOs devices, the label works as expected.
The Office and windows10 version is up2date.
Has anyone seen this message before and know what I can do?
