This week we are thrilled to be joined by none other than nine-time MVP Richard M. Hicks! Based in “beautiful, sunny” Southern California, Richard is an enterprise mobility and security infrastructure expert specializing in Microsoft technologies.
As the founder and leader of Richard M Hicks Consulting, Richard is focused on delivering enterprise-scale edge security, remote access, and public key infrastructure (PKI) solutions. He helps organizations implement an enterprise mobility strategy to ensure high levels of productivity and security for mobile workers.
Throughout his career, Richard has travelled around the world speaking to network engineers, security administrators, and IT professionals about Microsoft and third-party security and remote access solutions.
Richard is also the author of multiple books. This includes Implementing DirectAccess with Windows Server 2016 by Apress Media, the definitive guide for planning, implementing, and supporting a DirectAccess solution based on Windows Server 2012 R2 or Windows Server 2016.
More recently, he also wrote Implementing Always On VPN, a comprehensive implementation guide for Windows 10 Always On VPN. Further, Richard is also a contributing author at popular sites including WindowSecurity.com, ISAserver.org. CloudComputingAdmin.com, and the Petri IT Knowledgebase.
