What to do when one cannot finish a task due to "That's not quite right!" error message? [SOLVED]

I'm trying to perform some tasks for my AZ-204 learning path and I'm getting stuck with certain tasks which involve a storage account.

When I press the "Check your work" button I keep getting the error: "That's not quite right!" but it doesn't indicate what the problem is.

How does one finish a task when this occurs?

I solved it.

It seems I had a work and a personal account with the same email address. I seemed to have logged in with the personal account and the learning module doesn't correctly correlate this to my work account.
