What should I ask where?

Given a lot of posts on this new community are technical questions do we need a sticky post at the top of the community relating to what sort of questions/topics this community is for?

Whilst a lot of people here can answer those questions they would (in my view) be more correctly posted to the community for the product they relate to.

Obviously the note you added @allisonkraker isn't working as most of the new posts here are not in relation to learning and certification :(
