Can you anyone let me know....

1. Does Microsoft has online visual studio code editor(Browser based), I think it is but not sure if it's free for community/developer/learners.

2. if yes then could you please let me know the steps to register and create project, run sample c# code in browser based visual studio code editor.

I am looking something like salesforce, they have online editor tool to create, edit, build the pages and code, free developer sandbox.

There was Visual Studio Codespaces but this has bene withdrawn and GitHub Codespaces has replaced it https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/services/github-codespaces/

Does Exist a Visual Studio , Visual Basic Cloud Editor or 365 something , to use without download scratchable dll off line on HD on the Desktop PC ? Thanks
