Unbale to download AZ 900 certificate due to duplicate account.

Hi,

My name is Suraj Ingle (MCID: 992203582 ) and I completed my AZ 900 Certification

on Nov 1, 2021. I wanted to download the certificate for a professional matter and

when I visit the page to download , it shows only a blank page.

Due to duplicate account I am not able to download the certificate,

Please help me to merge duplicate accounts into a single one by which  I am able to 

download certificate and transcript.

Can you please help me out here??
