Unable to sign into mover.io with my global admin account

I am working with a customer, migrating tenant to tenant and we are planning on using mover for the OneDrive moves.  Previously I set up a test user account to migrate and created the connectors to prove the tech and it all worked fine. 

This week, when I go to the mover page and try and log in with my global admin account (which is licensed with an A3 sub) I get a message

"Unable to log you in. Please try again later."

I can log into my own tenant with a GA account from the same browser, its just this one.  I'm not sure what you can do to stop admins from using mover, so I dont know of any settings to check. I'm on a tight deadline here so any help would be greatly appreciated.
