SQL Server certification path

Is there any current Sql Server certs any more? The only ones I see are way back in 2016. Is there even Mssql master certs?

Not really, Microsoft does not have product specific exams anymore. Best is DP-300 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/exams/dp-300/
