I had a scheduled AZ-900 Exam today(29-Jan-2021) at 12.15 am and while attempting to complete the process before launching the exam, I ran into an error with both the text & web browser mobile photo verification URL via the OnVUE application. after taking photo it was showing Loading. I have attached screen shot.
After spending 20-30 minutes trying different means to test out the link, the exam start time had already passed. I tried to called Pearson VUE support team(855-542-6924 +1-952-905-7472 (toll) but it was not working. It was very inconvenient to say the least. I need to have the exam reschedule ASAP so that I can report back to my company. Please assist in this matter.
