Any idea about below vulnerability to fix in windows 2012r2 FTP server

In Windows server Remote Management Service Accepting Unencrypted Credentials Detected (FTP)

If possible, use alternate services that provide encryption.

Using strong cryptography, render all authentication credentials (such as

passwords/phrases) unreadable during transmission.
