We use a step criteria for evaluations and raises. An example Step 1 is 6 months to the hire date and 2-5 are 12 months (1 Year) to the date of hire or the 6 month date to the hire date. Example: Susie Q Rose was hired as a step 1 on April 15, 2022 and will receive an increase in 6 months depending on her work. Her new date and step change takes place she moves from step 1 to step 2 and now uses the October 15, 2022 as her new yearly "date of hire". Every step up to 5 will have an increase annually in October. Does anyone know what I need to do to show this for me. I would also like to add conditional formatting so I can send a reminder.
