I connect through a VDI for work in order to have access to the shared drive. For months now, I randomly get dropped from VDI anywhere from 1 minute after accessing the Remote Desktop to 1 hour after accessing the Remote Desktop. I have exhausted my IT department, and no solution has been found to these drops. Also, I have confirmed with my internet provider that my wifi connection is strong so that is not the issue. My system has been put on the longest timeframe for accessibility, but the constant drops continue. Please help as I really need to resolve this issue------thank you!
