MS Project license assigned but getting the error "No license to create a project"

Hello, 

 

I've a user who facing issue with creating a new project from https://project.microsoft.com/en-US/

 

The user has Project Plan 3 license assigned but unable to created new projects. Please help me how this can be resolved.

I recommend opening a technical support ticket through the M365 admin center. You won't get that kind of support in this community
