MS Learn Sandbox still blocked after 24 hours of wait

Hi,

Last Monday I was blocked after passing all day on MS Learn (preparing for AZ-303) and consuming 10 sandboxes. I was waiting 2 days before continuing but I'm still blocked. Why? It should be reset.

Can my account be reauthorized?

Mayby @markjulmar can help me? (as he helped here).

@Soruk Send me the Microsoft account you're using and I'll look into it. I assume you clicked the "Appeal" button?
