Most cost effective way to get certified (AZ-103)?

Hi all,

Basically, I've done the AZ-900 and now have the motivation to do AZ-103. However, I can't justify the cost at the moment due to not being in full time employment at the moment. I know if you attend certain conferences, etc. that you can get a voucher or a discounted rate. 

Does anybody know if something like that might be coming up soon?
