I created channels in Teams and want to add outside users from our organization to these channels. However, when I type in their name or email address, it says it is now found and won't let me add them. Does anyone know how to do this?

Can you confirm if you've enabled Guest Access in your teams Admin Center?

Navigate to URL -> https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/dashboard

* Choose Organization-Wide Settings -> Guest Access

Make sure the toggle for Allow Guest Access is turned on.

Give it some time to enable the change.

I just did. However, still getting "we didn't find any matches".

Can you confirm if you have permission to add a Guest user to Azure/Office365 tenant?

If the guest user doesn't exist in your Azure AD Tenant already, they need to be invited. New invites are sent as soon as you look up in the team and add them as guest users if they don't exist in AD already.

Let me know if that helps?
