Microsoft Teams license issues

Hello,

I ma trying to setup Microsoft Teams and assign users.

I am getting following errors:

You can't assign licenses that contain these conflicting services: Exchange Online (Plan 2), Exchange Online (Plan 1). Review the services included with each license, and try again.

The user I am trying to add to Teams has Exchange Online Plan 2.

Please help

Hello @SoftkeIntl

Looks like the user already has the plan Exchange Online (Plan 1) assigned, right?

Remove that first and then try the assignment again.
