hello, I tried to sign up for the cloud Skills Challenge several times but it never showed the challenges In my profile. what should I do?

Which cloud skill challenge are you trying to register? can you please share link to challenge?

Also, were you able to submit the registration form using work email address and Microsoft learn profile before enrolling for challenge?

Yes, i submitted the form with business email and added my Learn profile and got confirmation email.
