Merge MCIDs

Hi

I have certs obtained via certiport. I have a MCID and Access code there.

I want to merge / add the certiport MCID to my existing MCID so I can apply for MCT.

I have seen previous posts pointing to the Microsoft Certification Program Forum, however when I try to access it to post, all I get is a 404 error, so can get no further.

Anyone got any ideas?
