Hello! I am reaching out to gain some clarity into the status of my MCT Program approval. I have submitted documentation for the Essentials Educate Trainer (Internal Certification) for Validation. This is the message that was received after my application submission on the 3rd of this month (November 3rd). --
"Thank you for submitting your proof of instructional skills. Our team will review your documentation within two to four business days from the date of submission. Upon approval of your instructional skills and your payment, your MCT application will be approved."
Today marks the 4th business day, and I have yet to receive any correspondence. Can someone assist me with my approval? Thanks in advance!
