I hope you are doing great.

I am not able to access my Microsoft learning dashboard using the "mbonajames12@gmail.com"

I would like to schedule the exam, but I could not because I want this issue to be resolved.

Could you please assist me with this request?

when I try to view the certificates, I see the below error.
