I ve changed of company and before to leave i ve join my pro account to my personnal to keep normally the history and badges own , now my problem that in my personal i don t see anything

Hi Franck- to merge your MCIDs, you'll need to raise a ticket on the certification forums by posting here: https://trainingsupport.microsoft.com/en-us/mcp/forum

After a day or so- one of the moderators will send you a private message asking for some additional information from you, then they'll be able to perform the merge for you :)
