is Microsoft Azure Fundamentals fit for non-IT background ?

Dear All, 

It might be a ridiculous question used to noticed around, but it's seriously important matter to get advised form all of you, especially that the most resources on the internet either directly to the learning point or randomly and not organized.    

Is it impossible to go away starting the cloud learning Path? even though I'm not an IT Background!

Yes work hard, you can learn cloud.

Yes, fundamentals are aimed at IT and non-IT people. I normally recommend to non-IT people to take fundamentals. Microsoft makes all their own non-technical staff take the fundamental exams.
