I am and Azure DevOps org owner and I am not able to connect to it

Copper Contributor

I created two organizations as a AAD guest user and I am their owner. I am not able to connect to this organizations.

I find the article:"

Is this organization a new organization you created as an AAD guest? New AAD-backed Azure DevOps Services orgs have their “External guest access” policy disabled by default. This means AAD guests can’t log into the orgs they create. We’re planning to block AAD guests from making new orgs soon. If so, please contact the AAD administrator and follow the process described at Resolve inactive organization owner and project collection administrator - Azure DevOps Services | Microsoft Docs  to change the current organization owner and enable “External guest access”.
If this is not the case, please share the organization name and the account of the user who created this organization.
To protect your personal information, select Only Microsoft to post private comments.
We look forward to hearing from you. "

And this is my problem. I am not able to change org owner but I am a subscription owner.

Please contact me priv and I will tell you my account name as well as organization names

This board is for things related to Microsoft Learn and Microsoft Certifications. I would recommend reaching out on the Microsoft Azure Community https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure/ct-p/Azure or Microsoft Q&A https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/products/azure
