When extracting data from a database, I have some data that shows up as "LEI & EI" and when I try to search it using a countif formula it doesn't allow me. Is there a way to state in the criteria box for it to recognize the "&" sign with the word?

Not very elegant but my quick solution was to export to Excel and then do a Replace All "&" -> "and" and then put back into Access
