Hi- if you're exam is more than 24hrs away- you should be able to reschedule via your learning dashboard; if the appointment doesn't appear there, it's possible you booked it under another email address/MCID? If your appointment is with PearsonVue; you can also contact them directly via webchat on their website; their agents can also reschedule on your behalf.
