Help I completely restarted a new laptop I got from someone and it kept doing the boot loop and won't load into anything. It says Toshiba and then goes to a black screen and repeats. I downloaded Windows 10 on a flash drive and tried to go that route and it still won't start up. I don't know what I did I hope I didn't crash my laptop.
