If MCT is listed then I suggest you either clear cookies on your browser or use InPrivate/Incognito mode
Why are you asking on this thread which is about accessing MCT Central? Start your own and explain what your issue - if you are an MCT then you already have an account, so which account do you want to link it to? You are not making any sense

Then your issue accessing MCT Central is likely to be cookies. Either clear all cookies or use Incognito/InPrivate mode at browse to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/mct-central.aspx. Make sure you sign in with the same email address you used to access your Learn profile. If you are still unable to access MCT Central then you will need to create a question on https://aka.ms/MCTSupportForum.
The issue still persist. im also facing same problem...tried troubleshooting steps, cleared browers cache , cookies, restarted, tried in diff browsers...etc.. please let me know what did you do ?
